Excellent customer service. Was always prompt, courteous and returned all phone calls in a timely manner. Best Pest did an excellent job at getting rid of the roach infestation in my rental house and made my tenant very happy. She incidentally was threatening to move out because we had tried many other methods to get rid of the bugs but to no avail.
